Grant from Augustinus Fonden

Identicication of transporter proteins is a complex task and many of the potiential transporter proteins are so large in size that it is impossible to clone them via conventional methods. A grant from Augustinus Fonden  will enable Associate Professor Hussam Nour-Eldin to purchase a series of the largest potential transporter genes synthesized by the latest biotechnological methods.
