Deyang receives Innoexplorer grant
Danmarks Innovationsfond has granted Deyang Xu 1,5 mill kr to explore the development of rapeseed press cake as a novel food for human consumption.
The innoexplorer project grant will start on 1/1 2024 - 31/12 2024.
Deyang Xu is partner and researcher at the DynaMo Center and will collaborate with Professor Barbara Ann Halkier and business developer Jan Mousing from Mousing & Hede.
