DynaMo celebrates 10 years at the forefront of plant science
In the past 10 years, the research at DynaMo Center has significantly contributed to universal principles in plant science, using the plant Arabidopsis thaliana and glucosinolates, its primary defence compounds, as a unique model system.
At the symposium, present and former members of the center, colleagues, collaborators and friends came together to celebrate the 10-year milestone.
10 years and still going strong
DynaMo partners include Professor Barbara Ann Halkier, Professor Meike Burow, Associate Professor Hussam Nour-Eldin, Professor Alexander Schulz all from PLEN, and Professor Dan Kliebenstein from UCDavis.
DynaMo was established in January 2012 with a grant from the Danish National Research Foundation.
At the symposium, the partners were happy to announce that DynaMo will continue as center beyond the 10 years.
