GMOs role in sustainable food production

DynaMo member Associate Professor Hussam Nour-Eldin was invited to attend a debate on gentechnology (GMO) and its role in sustainable food production in Denmark hosted by 'Etisk Råd'. The meeting was held on 2 May at Kulturhuset Indre By in Copenhagen.
Together with researcher and advisors from the Danish Universities, the Biotechnology council in Norway, 'Forbrugerrådet Tænk', 'Danmarks Naturfredningsforening' etc., Hussam presented the highprofile research of the DynaMo center, on mustard crop with all the good properties of rape, but which can also resist drought and heat.
