Grant to DynaMo from Innovation Fund Denmark

Associate Professor Hussam Nour-Eldin and Professor Barbara Halkier, both from DynaMo, have received a grant of 6 mill kr from Inovation Fund Denmark for their project “TET4BIOTECH - Transport Engineering Technology for Biotech“.

The project is undertaken in collaboration with the Danish biotech company Evolva and the aim of the project is to improve biotechnological production of commercially interesting compounds in yeast through transport engineering technology. 3.8 mill of the grant is allocated to research undertaken at DynaMo and 2.2 mill to research at Evolva.
