New MSc students at DynaMo

Harsh Yadav is doing his master studies in Biology - Biotechnology for 1 year at  the DynaMo Center. He will work on glucosinolate transporters with DynaMo Partner Associate Professor Hussam H. Nour-Eldin as supervisor. Harsh has previously done his BSc at Shiv Nadar University, India.

Mads Emil Larsen is doing his master studies in Biology - Biotechnology for 1 year at  the DynaMo Center. He will work on CRISPR knockout of glucosinolate-relevant genes in B. napus with DynaMo Partners Professor Barbara Halkier and Assistant Professor Deyang Xu as supervisors. Mads Emil has previously done his BSc at the Center of Synthetic biology with Sotirios Kampranis and Codruta Ignea as supervisors. (Start 1 Sept. 2019)

Ana Luísa Amaro is doing her master studies in Biology-Biotechnology for 1 year at the DynaMo Center. She will work on Chlamydomonas reinhardtii glycolytic pahtway with DynaMo Partner Asspcoate Professor Hussam Nour-Eldin as supervisor. Ana has previously done her BSc in Biology at Porto University, Portugal. (Start 1 Sept. 2019)

Ellen Ask Skotte is doing her master studies in Biology - Biotechnology for 1 year at  the DynaMo Center. She will work on Identifying pathogen genes regulating specialized metabolites in plants with DynaMo Partner Associate Professor Meike Burow and Parvathy Krishnan as supervisors. Ellen has previously done her BSc at KU SCIENCE on Frederiksberg in Biology-Biotechnology. (Start 31 Aug. 2019)

Mads Møller Dissing is doing his master studies in Biology - Biotechnology for 1 year at the DynaMo Center. He will work on glucosinolate production in yeast with Head of DynaMo Professor Barbara Ann Halkier and Postdoc Cuiwei Wang as supervisors. Mads has previously done his BSc at the DynaMo Center and worked as lab. assistant. (Start 1 Sept. 2019)

Ojas Tulsyan is doing his master studies in Biology - Biotechnology for 1 year at  the DynaMo Center. He will work on engineering glucosinolate production pathway in microbial hosts with Head of DynaMo Prof Barbara Ann Halkier as supervisor and Michal Poborsky as co-supervisor.

Ojas has previously done his BSc in Biotechnology at National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India. Ojas is also part of the iGEM team at KU in 2019. (Start 1 Nov. 2019)

Noël Jung is doing his master studies in Biology - Biotechnology for 1 year at the DynaMo Center. He will work on the identification of glucosinolate transporters with Head of DynaMo Professor Barbara Ann Halkier and Assistant Professor Deyang Xu as supervisors.

Noël has previously done his Bsc at the Technical University of Munich, Germany. He was also part of the iGEM team at KU in 2019. (Start 1 Dec. 2019)

Katrine Majgaard Jensen is doing her master studies in Biology for 1 year at the DynaMo Center. She will work on plant memory to herbivory attack in Arabidopsis with DynaMo Partner Associate Professor Meike Burow as supervisor and Cristina Rioja as co-supervisor. Katrine has previously done her Bsc at the Natural History Museum of Denmark (SNM), University of Copenhagen and worked as laboratory assistant at Dynamo since 2017.
